About Methodology

Metaprograms are the subconscious filters of our attention that determine our behavior. The questionnaire iWam by JobEQ company is the only one among the professional assessment instruments that measures metaprograms, moreover, they are measured precisely in the work context.

The obtained result is not a personality typology (as some other known assessment instruments work), but the determination of an individual profile in 48 indexes. Each of them is measured separately from others and has a practical application in the work/job/business context.

Metaprogram profile gives an unprecedented depth and accuracy of results, which provides a solid and reliable ground for decision making regarding people, especially in the situations where time matters and the objective information is not available otherwise.
